Northeastern Kentucky small businesses recognized at awards ceremony

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. – The Northeast Kentucky Small Business Development Center held an awards ceremony on Thursday, May 9 at the Boyd County Community Center.

DropBox, Inc., based in Greenup County, was named the Small Business of the Year.  The company recently was awarded a $2.15 million contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office.
